I love this kitchen that I found on desire to inspire. It's from a website called SNAP-PRO which has images from houses in NYC available for rent. I love the modern kitchen combined with the elegant old house. Love the open shelving and the colors of white, pale blue and the wood countertop! so beautiful!

This is ravishing ... though that sink should be MUCH larger ... I hate when I can't get a proper-size pan into a sink for washing ... I once had a house where I entirely misjudged the size of side-by-side bluestone sinks and couldn't use them easily ...
Yes it is too small, aAL; it almost looks like a butler's pantry. I only assume it's so small because it's NYC and space was limited.
Sorry ... not bluestone ... the sinks were soapstone ...
