Lord Palumbo injecting a touch British humour? Did you happen to wear a handy trench coat for espionage inspired photos? Sounds like a fun place!
I love old British phone booths. Sounds like you all had fun!
I have always loved old British telephone booths. I think it's the eye catching red that does it for me! Glad to see you had fun!
We are a Half British contingent over here in Paris. As such we Like Telephone call box's, and the 1950 style police call box's, dark blue, because they look Like Dr. Who's TARDIS-Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space) One could easily land in the green hills of Pennsylvania.
Love the sculptural phone booths. Hope no one has thought they were portapotties!
You have to check out this post of mine on converting them into bars, showers, entrances, etc. Really Fun! http://styleredux.blogspot.com/2009/02/english-red-telephone-box.html
We're so glad you visited us at Kentuck Knob and that you love our phone booths as much as we do!
Wonderful photos.
Cheers,
