I want to thank Leah Moss, an editor at Apartment Therapy, for the EXTREMELY flattering write up she did for my house tour!Leah came over last weekend to check out my place and chat for awhile. She's a great photographer and really captured my apartment well, no easy feat in such a small space! We had so much fun talking it hardly felt like an interview at all!
We talked a lot about small spaces and how to live in them, which is what 'Apartment Therapy' is all about. The challenges all are worth it though when you end up with your cozy cocoon.
If you are interested, check out the post! She's completely over flattering to me, I have to thank her for that. I know there are a lot of photos for my small space, but it's so fun for me to see it through someone else's eyes; a different perspective.

YAY ! Everything looks so amazing (as I knew it would!).
Really love the long bookcase in the entry . . . and, of course, all the artwork.
congratulations!

Congrats! Love how you've displayed all the artwork and your dining table charis are fabulous - I'm in love w/them!
Thanks everyone, I was a little nervous about the response but everyone has been very very kind :-)
Notting Hill - the chairs and table are vintage Baker -i LOVE them, especially the chairs!
I love your apartment. It's so sophisticated. The ambiance exudes a cultured soul. It definitely deserved the spotlight. I love love your display of artwork. Congratulations.
I LOVED your space! It's so personal and full of interesting pieces. I am so happy that AT is sharing your design talent with the world! You deserve it!

Darling! love, love, love your blog, congrats on the recko! Have put you on my list! Be back soon!
It's very tasteful, but it doesn't look the apt. of a young person. Are you having fun out there, are you enjoying being young? I hope so.
Yah, Anon! My first challenge! Design is so personal I was wondering when someone would disagree with my 'style'! I have a lot of fun, but I think anyone of any age can enjoy something beautiful. While I admire a lot of really colorful homes (put them in my clipping files even), Jonathan
Adler or more funky style -it's just not me! Thanks for being diplomatic - I enjoy a challenge!
And everyone else, thanks for all your kind words, I love my home and am glad you all like it too :-)
Michael, you do have a wonderful home, the artwork is fabulous and I too like how you have it displayed.
I like the pictures of the canal too with the fog!
Blessings....
You've used the space very well and everything its together. Nice to see lots of books, they really make a difference. Well done on the interview with Apartment Therapy.
Stefan, your apartment feels like it has a history, and resonates with your enthusiasm and independence. There are no cliche´s here! I particularly like the long set of bookshelves with drawers underneath which adds much distinction to the space, together with your dining table and chairs. Warm wood to go with your brutalist concrete ceiling!
Great to envisage where you make your posts from.
Oo! I love your place!;)
Wonderful of you to open your door to inspire so many with your artfully arranged apartment. Looks so nice to come home to!
Everything looks beautifully appointed -well done, Stefan!
Congrats! I really love your place. It definitely has a lived in, collected over time look which adds so much character. And love all of your artwork too!

I'm only a year late but I just realized I never stopped to comment on your black and white painting. I love all the details they included, love those caned chairs. And you are a fan of Intellectual Gray too :)
Congrats Stefan!
LOVE!
I spotted a few pieces that I also have. You have amazing taste.
How sad that I missed this until now! It's a beautifully appointed apartment! You have great taste and style, not that I am remotely surprised!!!
