Grey Gardens Movie

I hope Saturday night at 8:00 everyone will be watching 'Grey Gardens' movie on HBO! If you don't have it, find someone who does and barge in (thats what I'll be doing!). I've been waiting for this movie to come out since I first heard about it a year ago.Drew Barrymore, who plays Little Edie, has been out and about promoting the film, doesn't she look great in this vintage dress and hairstyle? And if you haven't already, please check out Visual Vamp's blog post about her relationship with Little Edie -as in she knew her! Fascinating!

    can't wait to see this! I can not imagine anything better than the REAL BEALEs-but I love Drew Barrymore and will be watching. She looks so like the Barrymore star she is-love the elegant veil. pic, so glad you are sharing it. G

    Only wish we could all see it "ensemble" - I know at the same time, I will feel a little sad for them but at the same time intrigue will take over.

    I did watch HBO the other evening and thought the actresses did a wonderful job. Didn't you think? Thanks for directing me to Visual Vamp. What a story and experience she shared. Lovely. -susan

    The last act in the world I'd want to follow would be the genius collaboration between the Maysles brothers and the real Beales. I'm pretty afraid to watch the remake...
