I hope you enjoy our first fall weekend. Looks like we'll have pretty nice weather here in DC: damp and cool (just how I like it!). Thats how the weather was on our first 3 days in Paris. Above; a square in St. Germain by one of the Flamants we visited. I just wish DC was as beautiful!
Hi Stefan,
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying the fall in Northern California. Although, technically it started this week, the temperature hasn't dropped yet but I am just loving the anticipation of the upcoming change. I am vicariously enjoying Paris through your eyes and am anxious to visit again soon. Thank you for the inspiration.
Au revoir
Love this weather too-the same here. So enjoying your French posts and not one bit travelogish. GT
ReplyDeleteStefan-I think DC is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I have lived here for thirty years and still find it breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteThe weather here in Kansas City is absolutely perfect! I love it cool and crisp mornings and evenings and warms up in the afternoon. This weekend is the Plaza Art Fair, the American Royal parade kickoff, and much more!
ReplyDeleteI always thought that DC and Paris had a few things in common. Such as interesting archtecture and a real sense of history.
ReplyDeleteYesterday was an absoulutely gorgeous fall day here in New England, today...not so much. Rain, dark, and gloomy.
hello,
ReplyDeleteThe weather is changing, also here in belgium. But here it's always funny, it can be humid and cold, and like friday it was 22 degrees celcius. So sometimes we have cold evenings and summerdays.
I also liked your post about Flamant, here we have it everywhere on every street corner, the flamant family is nice.

I don't know why but Paris wins hand down in the scenic stakes every time...Washington DC is also a pretty spectacular city especially in the fall. xv
