Blogger inspiration

I feel a bit uninspired lately, I have to apologize for that. I want to thank the kind people who have emailed me to make sure I'm ok: I'm fine and just a bit pre-occupied! Hopefully the weekend will rejuvenate my blogging sensitibilites and 'think different' as this old Mac ad proclaims with the divine Callas. I hope her singing will inspire you this weekend!

When I need some inspiration, I often look at some of your old posts! I love the walking around town ones :)

  2. Stefan-I knew you were o.k. between our emails and seeing your comments on blogs we both follow. I figured you needed a blog break or had fallen madly in love. ;)

  3. You, uninspired, hardly! We all need to take breaks and listen. I am off to listen to Maria.
    Happy weekend!

  4. If you've fallen madly in love why aren't we seeing photos of the inspiration? Enjoy your weekend!

  5. You mentioned how busy you were, so I wasn't (too) worried.

  6. I thought maybe you had Monkey Design burnout, had to clean the kitchen, or put in some extra hours at the office. The architects I know have to put in some serious hours sometimes. That would be a welcome things for an architect these days.

  7. Oh, the divine Callas...
Thank you for reminding me of her gifts!
You know, when I am in a tight spot, music always helps, listening, making it! We need time to recoup, find new inspirations, it is not a bottomless well; it needs feeding, right?
    Do you play or sing?
    (start in the shower..;))
    Have a lovely weekend!

  8. Great post! You are right; creativity is not like a faucet that can be turned on & off... but with a little inspiration it can be a wonderful outlet and ideas will flourish!

  9. Stefan, maybe you just had burnout after making all those little cardboard houses. Thanks for Callas. I had never actually seen her perform so this was fantastic.

  10. Hello--

Thank you for the gift of the Maria Callas Vissi d'Arte.

Her voice is fantastic--if unmodulated and overly dramatic. Wonderful. That should get you going.

Otherwise--create your own MARIA CALLAS RADIO on Pandora--and you can hear Maria sing all day long.
