turquoise & red

One of my favorite color combinations is turquoise with red accents; very French. I realized while going through my files that this combination comes up quite a bit -even if just in small touches such as turqoise lamps with red shades like here in Charlotte Moss's office. I have a set of cafe table and chairs from my grandparents that is turqouise with red cushions on the suits - super chic, I've always loved it! Unfortunately it's in storage as I don't have room for them. I'll always have my inspiration files though!
Miles Redd's old apt. had lots of red and turquoise accessories!and a more sedate form from Katie Ridder to finish with :-)

  2. ATB, i'm embaressed to say I don't know or remember. I picked it up on the blogosphere a few weeks ago and have just been LOVING it and wanting to do a post on it! I need to be more careful and start recording these things! I think it was from www.desiretoinspire.blogspot.com

  4. I love the Katie Ridder room at the bottom b/c of the colors and the fact that the walls have panels of leather squares (I think they're leather). And isn't that brass lampshade is just to die for?
