But I don't t...The illustrations are charming. But I don't think anyone but the book designers themselves enjoy images that carry over to a partial second page. It ruins the enjoyment of the illustration or photo for most of us. A possible exception is a full two-page spread, but often there is something interesting that has been lost in the crease.
