These are amazing! That's so wild that two of the doors I featured were your projects. I'm guessing they're amazing inside.
Gorgeous, I have probably walked past a million times and not noticed!
So handsome! We're taught not to covet, but......? I'll take these!!!
Such consternation this post has caused in so many ways here at Dilettante Manor. First, I instantly became dissatisfied with the andirons in the fireplace in front of me after seeing these gorgeous items..Second, I then tried to think of the French name for this sort of fire dog, and though I could have just googled it, that would be cheating...so for the last six hours, it's kept popping through my head: Chemin de fer? Nope, that's a form of baccarat. Charvet? No, silly Dilettante, that's the French luxury shirtmaker...and then, finally a few minutes ago, Eureka! Chenets!!! I can go to sleep now.
I have the same photo! I actually loved the logs too.My husband and I could imagine what a fire in that hearth and those andirons all aglow! Spectacular.pve
Great craftmanship and detail. Truely gracious living - turning a necessary item into a treasure!
Who cares about the kids...want them! :)
