Rainbows

Rainbows are a reminder that tomorrow is always another day. (bonus points if you name that movie!)

Pictures taken at Sugarleaf Vineyard in Charlottesville, VA and Provincetown, Cape Cod.

Like Patricia, I've been looking for rainbows without success. I'm glad someone had the pleasure!

We saw a double rainbow coming back from the Hamptons last year. It was so beautiful that people were stopping their cars on the highway to take photos! How can you not smile when you see a rainbow?!

It was 100 in Kansas yesterday. Rainbows are a treat, indeed. Loved the rainbow framed by the bow of the gate.

Lovely. "The soul would have no rainbow had the eyes no tears."

I have a great picture of a rainbow over Lake Michigan in Chicago. It's arching over the Adler Planetarium, just before a great friend's wedding.

Just like seeing a cardinal, I take spying a rainbow as good luck!

You were paraphrasing a line from Gone with the Wind (my autobiography).

I'm with Allie: If you see one, doesn't it mean you'll have good luck?

(That's what my grandmother told me. But she was Irish...)

It poured and poured rain at my wedding. Right after the three second exchange of vows, the clouds parted and a rainbow appeared. So far so good...

Have always loved rainbows and enjoy shouting out to others so they'll notice the rainbow. Did this in Hallstatt Austria last year and I think people thought, "Has that American never seen a rainbow before!" Great pics.
