This week's dream house

My dream house changes everyday -this one is in my own neighborhood and is really beautiful but a little out of my price range...ok -a lot out of my price range. Check it out!
What a pretty dining room! I love the mirror, even if it is a little small in scale
This open first floor is beautiful!!this guest bedroom is really cute!
I love white bathrooms! -the window bench is a cute idea!
the sparse master bedroom - a modern 4 poster steel bed would be beautiful here

I have the same tendency... to change that dream house daily One day its a villa on Lake Como, the next its a mad modern apartment in Manhattan.

Love seeing yours today!

I know Franki! If I look long enough it will change hourly as well! LOL I think this one was especially 'special' because it's in my neighborhood!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that goes into a house and can see all good points and the mistakes they have made and knows just what to do to fix them..

are you sure we are not the same person?

Ah, admit it, you are a peeping Architect, dedicated to
voyeurism! Guess, since there is no kitchen, it must need work. In this economy, wonder how long it will sit. Personally - I prefer diamonds in the rough like Brooklyn Limestone. You must take a peep.
Tagged you!

I fully admit it! I'm a peeping architect! One of my favorite things to do is to take a walk in the evening and look into peopel's windows! No, I don't want to see people -just the house!!

Awesome crib! I would prefer a penthouse with views. Daily coffee in hot pink bunny slippers would the the thing to enjoy with! :-P. BTW, I think its HOA/Maint. Fee is highly mistaken! And Is seller's agent, Nate any relation to Hans Guggenheim?

Penthouse this week, townhouse next week -it's always in flux! If I won the lottery I'd be one of those people with 10 houses; I'd move weekly depending on my mood! Not sure of who the listing agent is or what his story is.
